The process begins with the client discussing the qualifications for the role(s) and signing the proposal to formalize their hiring request.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialists thoroughly evaluate candidates by conducting Resume Screenings to assess qualifications and experience, followed by Behavioral and Competency-Based Interviews to gain deeper insight into their past achievements, attitudes, and core competencies.
Candidates who advance from the interviews complete a technical and cognitive assessment online to further gauge their fundamental knowledge for the position.
We present candidate profiles, including CVs, interview summaries, and assessment results, for the hiring managers to review and select candidates for the final interview.
Once the hiring manager selects a candidate, our HR Business Partner prepares the staff leasing agreement for signature.
After the agreement is signed, our Talent Acquisition Specialist extends an e-offer to the chosen candidate(s).
