Comprehensive Chartered Accountants operates a boutique Accounting Firm based in Perth Western Australia. Our market is primarily to businesses with operating turnover between two and ten million dollars. Given the nature of our business it is essential that we employ candidates with good communication skills and are both professional and intelligent.

We started our working relationship with Global Staff Connections in 2013 and after our first contracted employee, we have and will continue to expand our contracted workforce.

Initially we sought candidates to provide low level services due to cost but quickly learned that the calibre of their candidates on offer allowed services that were far more advanced. “As an advisory accounting firm located on the eastern seaboard of Australia the decision to incorporate an overseas office was a big one. Our concerns were numerous and included cultural differences, communication, security issues and education standards. And then there was the question of whether the benefit would actually outweigh the cost in terms of dollar value and time required for setup.

We did our homework, listened to a multitude of sales pitches from offshoring and outsourcing agencies, weighed up the various continents and the fees being charged. When finalising our decision it was GSC’s recruitment and employment process, team conditions and effective retention policies that gave us the most reassurance and we tentatively hired one team member from their Manila office.

That was back in 2013 and we now have 16 team members in Manila ranging from accountants, business analysts, bookkeepers, SMSF specialists and administration assistants.
